Responsible for Sales of Video Conferencing Equipment and other Audio Video Equipment for respective Verticals.
Devising & implementing strategies to enhance brand awareness to penetrate existing markets to increase market share.
Identifying large corporate clients, developing healthy relationships to ensure long term business relationships.
Devising & implementing business plan to achieve pre defined & mutually agreed targets with management & business goals.
Drafting & implementing sales promotion / advertising activities for brand building & market development effort.
Appraising the management through proper MIS on monthly progress of business with recommended actions
to ensure on target.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Candidate should be a graduate with 6 plus yrs. total exp. of which atleast 5-6 yrs. in direct sales of Multimedia and Audio Video Conferencing products.
Should possess good communication & negotiation skills.
Good Industry knowledge
Be a good team leader
Profile
BE (Electronics & communications) and MBA preferred.
