Hardware Repairs Services :
These services undertakes completes in-house component level repairs of faulty Printed Circuit Board within 48 hours. Also they are manned by highly skilled, trained & experience engineers & equipped with the latest state-of-the-art test equipment.
Preventive Maintenance Services :
Preventive Maintenance Services are conducted on Quarterly basis .AC voltages including Earth to Neutral & Resistances are checked & recorded. Inappropriate reading is immediately brought to the notice of Customer.
Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) :

We have developed in- house a Real Time – Online- Dynamic Call Management System, through which we monitor customer calls & engineer movements. Due to this, the average “ Restoration Time / Down Time “ has been brought down to 4 hours, the best in the Indian Telecom Industry.

Call Management Software, also monitors all equipment supplied & records as well as analyses every complaint, so as to scientifically diagnose repeat complaints, thereby further improving the quality & reliability of its services.
