| Enkay was tasked to design multimedia presentation and video conferencing systems for the executive boardroom. The Boardroom technology needed to adhere to a standardized platform of interface and control. Remote monitoring and control capabilities were also requirements of the system. |

The high-tech boardroom features front projection display for video and data projection with a NEC LT-245 WIFI multimedia projector that is fixed on a static ceiling mount, and projected on to 120 ” motorized DA-LITE screen. The table houses individual technology ports that incorporate the VGA & Audio connectivity. |

DYNALITE DDBC 400 – Lighting control was provided for dimming of lights while presentation & meeting are held in the board room. For audio the acoustics was understood by the design team & ELECTROVOICE EVID4.2C ceiling speakers were provided as per the acoustic requirement of the board room. |

A custom cabinet at the front of the room houses a rack filled with a variety of playback devices including VHS, audiocassette, CD player and cable TV tuner, Extron Presentation Switcher MPX-423, A Distribution Amplifier from Extron P/2 DA2, YAMAHA Audio Amplifier AX-396.All data,video,audio & control cables were terminated in the rack. A custom programmed Crestron color touch screen panel permits easy remote control of all room functions from lighting and shades to projection screen and sound system. |
