Mr. Vasudev M. Hemrajani is a FCA, Practicing as a Chartered Accountant for more than 15 years and he also hold degree of LLB (Gen.) from Mumbai University. Mr. Vasudev Hemrajani was a Chairman of various Committee of Chamber of Income Tax Consultants for the Period from 1996 To 2003. He is also the Member of Indian Merchant Chambers in the Direct Tax Committee Group. He is a member in various Professional Organisations such as Bombay Chartered Accountant's Society, Chamber of Income Tax Consultants, All India Federation of Tax practitioners. He has delivered various talks and articles on different Professional Forums and Magazines on Direct Tax Provisions.
