Mr. Ghatalia is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He is Senior Partner of Price Waterhouse (Retired) and Chairman of Audit & Business Advisory Services (ABAS) Management Committee. His vast professional experiences and achievements consists of the following:

Professional Experience
- Joined Price Waterhouse, Mumbai in 1967
- Worked in Price Waterhouse, London Office during 1976 on International Development Program and was actively involved in the    professional services or various multinationals clients/banks.
- Was admitted to Partnership in January 1978 and is responsible for Energy & Utilities and Mining Industry in India.

- Member of the Accounting Standards Committee of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
- Member of Management Committee of the Indian Merchants Chamber (IMC)
