Mr. Ajit Thatte is B.Tech (Hons.) from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing & Sales Management from Delhi.He has worked with Companies like Voltas Ltd, BPL Communication, Western Paques India Ltd., Lucent Technologies (Finolex) Ltd., Avaya GlobalConnect Ltd. At present, he is working as the CEO at Enkay Technologies (I) Pvt. Ltd. and as a visiting faculty to Symbiosis Institute of Mass Communication (SIMC), Sadhana Centre for Management & Leadership Development (SCMLD) and many other institutes.

He has more than 30 years experience in Strategic Planning, Marketing, Sales, Channel Management and Project Management & Operations in Energy Sector, Environmental Engineering, and Telecommunication Industry. Out of his total experience, more than 20 years has been in Telecommunication Industry in different capacities. He has contributed Articles in Newspapers / Magazines like Economic Times, Business World, tele.net, Telematics and also presented papers in a number of Forums. He has achieved a number of recognitions in form of part of Achiever Club of Lucent / Avaya and also Super Achiever in Marketing from Indira Institute of Management, Pune during the year 2005.
