 Enkay offers complete converged solutions to Radisson hotels

To meet their Telephony solutions requirements Enkay offered them a road map of the next generation technology from their partner for last 25 years and World leader in Enterprise Telephony Market “NEC”.
The proposed Telephony solution included the NEC applications & solutions comprising NEC IPX 2400 Telephony system in Duplex mode with other prominent features such as PMS Integration with Opera, Wake up call with reminder and escalation in case of no response, group billing, and aesthetically designed Hotel telephone from Telematrix for their guest rooms to ensure premium guest experience, and increased revenue said Mr. Hemrajani.
To meet their CCTV surveillance and Baggage scanner requirements Enkay has proposed 102 indoor cameras to keep a tab on the unwanted elements and activities and thereby improve their client servicing. For outside surveillance Enkay has offered them 4 outdoor cameras to keep a 24 hrs. vigilance on the outside of the hotel to ensure better surveillance and preventive security. Enkay also provided 1000 mm baggage scanner to scan the baggage of the guests. This would enable the hotel to detect any explosives, ammunitions or narcotics at the entrance itself. In AVSI Enkay installed car calling system at their Ranchi Hotel.
