The candidate should address technical issues related to the upgrades, installation and function of Enkay’s products and solutions. Responsibilities include resolving consumer complaints/problems and creating problem reports and troubleshooting documents as per the issue. Our Support Engineers will also work with the development team to identify and quickly resolve technical difficulties that might arise during product or solution development stages.
- B.E/Diploma (Electronics, IC, IT or Computer)
- Technically sound with good communication skills
- Offer Customer/Technical support for EPABX Systems, Data Networking, Security & Surveillance and AV solutions
- Install and commission above products and solutions
- Conduct training to customers on how to install and use new products and solutions
- Generate AMC and enhancement Revenue for the organisation
